# V06 asset rights and attribution

- **OSM geometry/databases**: © OpenStreetMap contributors, [ODbL 1.0](https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/). [Copyright and attribution](https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright). Raw building database: `assets/denver-buildings.json`; raw context: `assets/denver-context-osm.json`; adapted context: `assets/denver-context-derived.json`. Source metadata: `denver-geodata-sources.json`, `denver-context-sources.json`. These databases remain available in the package with their provenance; inferred dimensions are not survey measurements.
- **Material maps / HDR**: Poly Haven [CC0](https://polyhaven.com/license). `wood_floor_deck_*`, `plastered_wall_04_*`, `rock_boulder_cracked_*`, `venice_sunset_1k.hdr`. Download URLs in `assets/sources.json`; source license text in `assets/polyhaven-license.json`. No paid assets acquired.
- **Three.js and loaders/helpers**: MIT; included `vendor/LICENSE.three` applies to local vendor files.
- **K3 mark/wordmark**: supplied and user-authorized for this K3 review project. Copyright/trademark remains with K3 Technology. These are not public-domain or generally relicensed assets. Do not reuse them for unrelated purposes.
- **Project-authored scene/UI/shaders**: included solely as part of the authorized K3 project draft. No unrelated private application source is included, and no broader open-source license is asserted for the project.
- **Reference-informed landmark geometry**: approximate authored silhouettes based on public references at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1801_California_Street and https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wellsfargocenterdenver1.JPG . Reference photographs were viewed only: none is redistributed, used as a texture or included in this static package.

The allowlisted asset files have recorded SHA-256 hashes in `../STATIC-MANIFEST.json`. This is an authorized project review package, not a generic freely licensed asset library. Parent inspection is required before any publishing decision.
